a note on health insurance

I choose to work outside of the insurance system to ensure your care remains private, self-directed, and free from diagnostic mandates. This means I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. However, I can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit if you’d like to be reimbursed for services.

Please keep in mind that reimbursement can only be used for therapy services and is not guaranteed. It’s best to contact your health insurance provider directly to learn more about your out-of-network coverage and available options. Read Understanding Health Insurance Reimbursement to learn more.
