Whether you’re looking for individual or relationship coaching, you can count on receiving customized guidance and support to help you find the next step forward
what is integrative coaching?
Integrative life coaching combines holistic approaches that support personal, emotional, and relational wellbeing. It also focuses on aligning your actions with your deepest values, inspiring deep connection to yourself and your people.
individual coaching
2SLGBTQIA+ specific experiences
explore significant life changes and transitions
identify your values and underlying belief systems
learn ways to (re)connect with yourself, your passions, and your people
go beyond talking and experience being with, building relationship to, and listening for the stories of your emotions, the images you see, and the patterns within your body
learn how your survival strategies (depression, anxiety, overthinking, avoidance, etc.) helped you make it here and what they’re trying to communicate to you
understand how childhood, relationship, family-of-origin, and cultural supremacy trauma shape how you relate to yourself, your creative practices, your people, and the earth

modalities + frameworks
Holistic Coaching considers the entire person - body, mind, spirit, and emotions - and uses a nonlinear approach.
Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) can help you explore and understand your inner world in a new way. It involves recognizing and establishing connections with various "parts" of yourself to support healing and integration.
Transformational Coaching supports you in making meaningful changes in your life by exploring your beliefs, values, and behaviors while practicing new ways of relating and being.
Additional Frameworks: Relational, Collaborative, Liberation-Forward, Insight-Oriented, and Feminist
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on personal growth in the present and future, while therapy generally focuses on processing trauma and past experiences.
For coaching, we can work together no matter where you live, but if you’re looking for therapy, we can only work together if you live in Michigan, New York, or Florida due to state licensing restrictions.
Coaches are unable to diagnose or write letters for medical care. If you’re interested in exploring a potential diagnosis or require a letter for medical care, visit my resources page to find a therapist in your area.
Although coaching can be therapeutic, it is not intended to replace therapy. If you're uncertain whether coaching or therapy is best for you, we can explore this further during our consultation.
“Not only has Korrine helped me to find useful solutions for taking steps forward without rushing into decisions that wouldn't serve me, they have also helped me to feel more content with my situation and confident that things will fall into place if I continue to trust myself! I have loved working with them!”
